4. Digital Listening and Streaming

The station stream is provided for personal listening. You may listen through approved players, embedded players, station pages, or linked listening platforms.

• You may not rebroadcast, restream, record, sell, package, or redistribute the station stream without permission.
• You may not remove station branding, alter stream information, or present the stream as your own service.
• Availability may change due to maintenance, hosting, licensing, platform issues, technical errors, or schedule changes.

5. Donations and Support

Donations and support payments are voluntary. They help support the station, website, programming, production, hosting, creative development, and related station costs.

Donations do not purchase ownership, control, guaranteed airplay, guaranteed promotion, programming influence, partnership rights, or creative decision-making authority.

Donations are generally non-refundable unless there is a clear billing error, duplicate charge, technical issue, or another situation The 13th Frequency chooses to handle on a case-by-case basis.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise may be offered directly through the website or through third-party fulfillment providers. Product availability, pricing, shipping times, production times, taxes, and return options may vary.

• Orders are subject to payment approval and product availability.
• Shipping, returns, exchanges, and damaged-item handling may depend on the provider used to fulfill the order.
• Limited-run items, custom items, digital items, or print-on-demand items may have different return restrictions.

7. Music, Show, and Media Submissions

The 13th Frequency may allow artists, bands, labels, show hosts, podcasters, writers, designers, creators, or listeners to submit music, completed shows, interviews, articles, graphics, audio files, links, or other material.

By submitting material, you confirm that you have the legal right to submit it and that your submission does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, contract rights, or other legal rights.

Do not submit stolen music, uncleared covers, copyrighted recordings you do not control, impersonation material, private information, malware, spam, threats, harassment, or illegal content.

8. Submission Rights and Permissions

When you submit material to The 13th Frequency, you give the station permission to review it and, if accepted, use it in connection with the station, website, stream, social posts, artist features, show pages, playlists, promotional graphics, station announcements, or related station promotion.

You keep ownership of your own original work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Your submission gives The 13th Frequency permission to use the submitted material for station-related purposes, but it does not transfer full ownership of your work to the station.

9. No Guaranteed Airplay, Publication, or Payment

Submitting music, a completed show, a podcast, artwork, an article, or any other material does not guarantee airplay, publication, response, feedback, payment, interview placement, promotion, playlist placement, or partnership.

The 13th Frequency may accept, reject, remove, edit, schedule, delay, or stop using submitted material at its discretion. Programming decisions are made by the station.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, stream, forms, station tools, or content. Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to hack, overload, disrupt, scan, or damage the website, stream, forms, hosting, or connected services.
• Submitting spam, fake information, malicious links, malware, or automated form abuse.
• Harassing, threatening, impersonating, doxxing, or attempting to harm another person or creator.
• Using station branding, logos, show names, graphics, or original materials without permission.
• Submitting or distributing material you do not have the right to use.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to streaming platforms, donation processors, merchandise providers, social networks, artist pages, podcast platforms, video platforms, payment processors, or other third-party services.
